Prekindergarten & Kindergarten Programs
Evangelistic Temple School's prekindergarten
and kindergarten programs utilize
developmentally appropriate teaching methods
which stimulate student learning. The
prekindergarten program provides an opportunity
for learning through play, incorporating songs,
finger plays, and action rhymes. Prekindergarten
students attend physical education classes, art
and music, as well as library story time weekly.
The kindergarten program establishes a solid
academic foundation vital for a successful
elementary education. Phonics, math and writing
curriculum prepare students well for 1st grade.
In addition to the classroom, kindergarten
students attend specials classes in art,
Spanish, P.E., music and library as well as
weekly chapel services.
